Object of investigation: effects of membranotropic action of biologically active substances (BAS) in model lipid membranes. Aim of work: finding of mechanism of individual and joint action of BAS in model lipid membranes. Methods of investigation: differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray small-angle scattering, Fourier-IR spectroscopy, optical microscopy. Scientific novelty: effects of oxyglycerol cryoprotectants on structural and thermodynamical characteristics of phase transitions of model membranes, non-additivity of thermodynamical parameters of phase transitions in the model membranes under joint action of BAS pairs, tightening effect of silver ions on lipid membrane along with signs of phase separation, possibility to differ generics by their membranotropic action were demonstrated. Practical meaning: possibility to differ generics by their membranotropic action could be used in pre-clinical testing of pharmaceuticals.
