Muradian A. Methodical basis of coordinated cargo transshipment process management in general transport hubs

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and methodical concepts on ensuring the coordinated management of the process of cargo transshipment in general transportation hubs (GTH). The analysis of modern practice and theory of the organization of management of the process of cargo transshipment in GTH is carried out in the work. The work presents the theoretical grounding and the solution of tasks that concern defining and coordinating predicted level of time standard for handling vehicles, operational regulating delivery to the cargo GTH and providing railway vehicles in previously agreed time, revealing effective organizational and technological options of cargo passing through the GTH, optimizing coordinated management of the process of cargo transshipment at the stage of operational planning of work of subjects of the GTH.
