Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of the indices of left heart chambers contractility geometry and systolic and diastolic function, as well as central hemodynamic and their interrelations with ET and ABPM indices in patients with hypertension using STE. The main patterns of the myocardial deformation alteration were detected in the varied remodelling types and different rate of LV hypertrophy. It was found the correlation between myocardial strain and LV systolic function. Strain was related to ABPM indices, including daily BP variability.
