Essay

In the thesis reveals the scientific and theoretical issues of parliament legislative function, also examines the practical of implementation of Ukraine Parliament legislative function in the modern Ukrainian history. The practice of lawmaking studied under presidential-parliamentary and parliamentary-presidential republic. It was found that in practice of lawmaking there isn't a clear correlation between the constitutionally enshrined methods of government and essential characteristics of the legislative process, which can be caused by external factors, not structural and institutionalized.
