Khorosha T. Implementation of inheritance rights in private international law.

The dissertation is dedicated to problematic procedural aspects of international inheritance. It was improved doctrine of private international law in the determination of inheritance relationship with a foreign element (international inheritance relations) as a complex relationship with their own specific features. It was found that foreign element in inheritance relationship is manifested in various forms - subject, object and legal fact. It is offered definition of international inheritance process as a set of sequential procedural actions directed on materialization of inheritance rights involving a foreign element, it also proposed to allocate it in following forms: civil; notary; consular; judicial; administrative and legal (municipal); mixed.
