Essay

The thesis focuses on the complex theoretical and legal research of the development of conditions of people's self-organization in the context of current stage of civil society in Ukraine. It is examined the processes of appearance and evolution of people's self-organization. It is proved that as a political and legal phenomenon the self-organization of people causes a wide research interest at different levels of scientific knowledge. Three levels of self-organization due to the subjects - members of its processes are highlighted: individual, collective (or group) and nationwide. It is analysed and determined that the optimization of the correlation between population and civil society should be achieved not through both public and political structures, but by improving the effectiveness of the self-organization of people.
