Dissertation is devoted to research on features of objectification of volume the intestine resection and improving diagnostic and therapeutic tactics for elderly and senile patients with acute vascular diseases of the intestine. In dissertation work presents the results of the effective application of the method for assessing direct reointestinography morpho-functional reserves of proximal and distal the bowel segments in the direction from a zone destructive process that led for elderly and senile patients with acute vascular diseases of the intestine to reduce the intestinal wall failure on 9,15 %. Improvements in surgical tactic elderly and senile patients with acute vascular diseases of the intestine was accompanied by an increase in the number of local postoperative complications on 7,39 % and general complications on 15,34 %, but led to a decrease relaparotomy on 7,45 % and on postoperative mortality 9,01 %.
