Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with acute appendicitis by a comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of different methods of laparoscopic appendectomy. The thesis studied various techniques of laparoscopic appendectomy. The algorithm of diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis, depending on the degree of inflammation of the appendix. A fast and secure method to implement the processing of the stump of the appendix when appendicitis flegmanoznom using pre-flashing base of the appendix. The use of staplers in destructive forms of acute appendicitis with a view to the simultaneous processing of the mesentery of the appendix and its mesentery shown their effectiveness and safety. The study of intraoperative and postoperative complications during or after the appendectomy revealed a more secure method of surgical treatment of acute appendicitis.
