The thesis determined and proved pedagogical conditions that provide the students of agricultural universities intellectual skills development with mathematical subjects teaching; the structure of agricultural universities students intellectual skills is established. It consists of three main stages of thinking process and defines basic intellectual skills. The technique of students intellectual skills development is improved with learning mathematical subjects on the base of maintaining major stages of students intelligence development. The effectiveness of the suggested methods had been confirmed during experimental teaching.
