The dissertation is devoted to modeling of the classification processes and pneumatic separation of bulk mixtures in a gravitational pneumatic classifier of a rhombic shape; determining of the best operating conditions and design parameters of pneumatic classifiers; developing engineering calculation of the apparatus for pneumatic classification of the different bulk substances. There has been performed a mathematical modeling of hydrodynamic motion of two-phase flow and classification processes of bulk mixtures by which one has received basic calculation dependences, which determine velocity of the gas flow and a single particle of bulk substance.
