The thesis theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problem of improvements fluid flow units reproduction and establish their traceability, as reflected in the design approach of assessment and claiming of the accuracy in the dissemination of units. The analysis of existing methods of measuring and design solutions, theoretical and experimental studies established a comprehensive impact on the flow measurement accuracy of measuring devices that are part of the flowmetering facilities, fluid medium parameters and structural elements of that facilities. The dissertation proposes constructive method fluid flow pulsation damping, the use of dynamic weighing method to simplify design of the flowmetering facilities and reduce its cost, comparing method and calibration procedure of the comparator, developed experimentally-calculated approach to the evaluation of interval capacities uncertainty in flowmetering facilities equipped by volume capacity measures. The model of measurement, analysis sources influence the accuracy flowmetering facilities and methods of improving facilities used in the implementation of the State primary standard of volume, mass, volume and mass flow of hot water DETU 03/04/11.
