The thesis is devoted to the problem of the efficiency improving of diagnosis and treatment chlamydia-herpetic mixed-infection based on the study of the functional and immune properties of the cells of the vaginal epithelium. Social and medical risk factors for the development of the disease was identified. It is established that an infection of chlamydia and HSV of mucous membrane of the vagina and cervix are developing on the background dysfunction of the immunological system with anti-infective resistance. For the first time the influence of mixed infection on the electrokinetic properties of cells in the vaginal mucosa was studied. The presence of psychological disadaptation was established in patients. Developed new pathogenetically substantiated therapeutic tactics for associated form chlamydia-herpes infection of the lower part of female genital organs.
