Polion M. Restoration of reproductive properties of semen in men technogenic contaminated region

The dissertation is devoted to the actual issue of clinical urology - improving reproductive properties of ejaculate under the leveling influence of heavy metals, taking into account technological-contaminated areas and levels of male infertility. It has studied the degree of connection between the reproductive properties of ejaculate and content of heavy metals in semen and blood, defined hemato-ejaculation migration index (HEM-index) heavy metals as a risk factor for male infertility. The positive dynamics of reproductive properties of infertile men ejaculate on the proposed improved comprehensive treatment, manifested in authentic improving the fertility of sperm, increase sperm count, morphology and improvement of cinezisgram, compared with the original data and standard therapy.
