The dissertation purpose is improvement of results of complex treatment of patients with unilateral defeat of kidneys by dynamic definition of infringements of a nephritic blood-groove and carrying out of its well-founded correction in perioperative the period.On the basis of an experimental research on 120 white rats of a line of Vistar in the conditions of proof restriction of blood circulation паренхимы kidneys, acute infringement urodynamics, or their combinations blood-groove reduction in parenchims the damaged kidney of proportionally degree of expressiveness of pathological process which passes wavy with fluctuations towards increase in ohmic resistance parenchims body with the maximum display for 3 and 7-10 day has been proved. These infringements pass most considerably within the first 14 days with the subsequent stabilisation of process in 1 month. Kompensatornye changes of a blood-groove of an opposite kidney give a positive effect since 14 days and last till 4th month.On the basis of clinical research with use ultrasonic Doppler and radio isotope researches of 108 patients with unilateral defeat of kidneys presence of infringement of a blood-groove not only in the amazed kidney, but also in opposite has been proved. The way of medicamentous correction of infringements of a blood-groove during all perioperative the period which improvement of its quality on 7,8 % allows has been developed and introduced.
