Essay

Corruption relations in the process of interaction between citizens and civil society institutions with public authorities at local level. Identify new trends and patterns of corruption relations in the system of public authorities at local level and develop approaches to improving mechanisms to prevent and combat corruption in local governments in Ukraine. Methods: historical, logical, systematic approach prognostic. Systematized content characteristics of local public authorities Ukraine in the fight against corruption, differing aggregation of seven groups of corrupt relationships. The results are put into practice of public administration.
