A dissertation is devoted to the complex research of institute of judicial representative office in the civil legal proceeding.Basic approaches are considered concerning understanding of representation in court. An author's definition of judicial representation is offered. Types of court representation and criterion of its classification are given. There is proved necessity to select within the limits of classification on the grounds of origin of the proper relations along.A circle of persons, who has a right to participate in the judicial trial as a representative, is researched. General and special requirements concerning the judicial representative are formulated.A list of documents, which are the grounds of admittance of judicial representative to participation in the civil legal proceeding as well as requirements to them, are considered. A judicial legal position of representative is analyzed in the civil legal proceeding, in particular maintenance and features of his judicial rights and duties. A row of legal norms concerning improving of the legal status of judicial representation in the civil legal proceeding is offered.
