The thesis work summarizes the study results and represents the new approach to prediction of cardiometabolic risk in women with hypertension and obesity in perimenopause, developed based on the complex of clinical and instrumental and metabolic indicators, of severity of endothelial dysfunction and genetic predisposition. . It was established that in women during perimenopause with hypertension and obesity reduced all the parameters of general heart rate variability due to the imbalance of the components of the autonomic nervous system associated with hormonal changes. Among women in perimenopause with hypertension combined with obesity was observed significant dependence in the VEGF level of LDL, HDL, glycosylated hemoglobin, BMI (p <0,05), which gives base to consider the level of VEGF to cardiometabolic risk factors in these women. It was shown that the level of VEGF was significantly higher among perimenopausal women with the GG genotype polymorphism -634 G/C (rs 2010963) of the VEGF-А gene compared with with genotypes CC and CC patients (p <0.05). The people who are carryng of the GG genotype polymorphism -634 G/C (rs 2010963) of the VEGF-А gene can be considered as an early marker of the cardiovascular risk development of hypertensive disease combined with an obesity among perimenopausal patients.
