Object of study - paratraumatic eczema with concomitant varicose veins and arterial hypertension. The aim - to improve treatment of paratraumatic eczema with concomitant varicose veins and arterial hypertension in elderly and senile patients with differentiated use on a background of standard therapy anhioprotektors, venotonyks, adaptogens and antihypertensives. Methods: clinical and general laboratory, biochemical, functional, statistics. The thesis is devoted to solving scientific tasks - improving the treatment of paratraumatic eczema with concomitant varicose veins and arterial hypertension elderly and senile patients. A direct correlation between the age of patients, clinical features dermatosis, level of melatonin sulfate in the urine, according to the daily monitoring of blood pressure, duplex scanning state of peripheral circulation and autonomic regulation of cardiac activity, which helps to make different levels of clinical and laboratory abnormalities in patients examined at paratraumatic eczema. Developed indications for adjuvant therapy of paratraumatic eczema, combined with varicose veins and arterial hypertension, with an additional appointment to standard therapy anhioprotektors, venotonyks, adaptogens and antihypertensive drugs that can reduce the duration of treatment, reducing relapses, correct clinical and laboratory parameters.
