The Dissertation Research is dedicated to the solvation of the actual scientific problem - to increase the efficiency of treatment of adolescent girls with primary oligomenorrhea on the ground of specification of risk factors, clinical, hormonal and metabolic peculiarities by the way of developing the evidence-based curative and preventive activities. In the Dissertation, against the complete physical examination of adolescent girls with primary oligomenorrhea, it is determined that it is the failure of intercourses of gonadotropic and sex hormones with disgonadotropinemia domination that appears to be the major pathogenetic links of the development of the desease and is shown by the high level of luteinizing hormone, low estrogenic consentration and increase in testosterone. It is proved that most patients with primary oligomenorrhea has insulin resistance right from the disease onset, and the atherogenic tendency of blood lipids increases when this pathology has a longer clinical course. . To increase the eficiency of treatment of primary oligomenorrhea of adolescent girls it is recommended to administer the improved complex of non-hormonal therapy that includes. Its eficiency is shown in comparison with the administration of the conventional complex, expecially if the primary oligomenorrhea protracts less than 2 years, and that provides the increase of frequency of menstrual function normalization up to 80.0% vs 73.1% after a year. Current insights on the particiption of hereditary factors in this disease formation are broadened and it is determined that the concomitant extragenital pathology registered at the majority of adolescent girls plays the critical role in the aetiopathogenesis of primary oligomenorrhea.
