Essay

Dissertation is devoted to evaluation of effects of activated charcoal, soot, nanodiamonds and thermoexpanded graphite on the whole organism. We also aimed to estimate the penetrating ability and affinity of these materials to certain tissues. We have chosen chicken embryo as a model for our research. The data was obtained using microscopic, morphometric and statistical methods. In our research the suspensions of researched materials were injected in the embryo's yolk sac, the tissues were taken on the third, fourteenth and twentieth days of incubation. We have shown a negative effect of soot, nanodiamonds and thermoexpanded graphite on embryogenesis. The macroscopic analysis shows increase of mortality rate in experimental groups. Our macroscopic study also shows circulation failure in the wall of yolk sac in these experimental groups. The size of embryo body decreased.
