Dissertation deals with the regulation of criminal liability for illegal migration, the practice of articles 332, 3321 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as analysis of the causes and conditions of illegal migration and ways to counter illicit migration contrary to procedure established by law for their implementation. Problems of theoretical study and practice of the norms of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, providing countering illegal migration, considered in the context of compliance of national legislation with international agreements.
