Nikeshyna N. Mechanisms of the Financial Market of Ukraine of Development Based on Attraction of Foreign Capital

Theories and models of financial market are researched in the thesis in the context of globalization as well as institutional mechanisms to attract foreign capital to the financial market are formalized, the concept of improving the mechanisms of financial market development in Ukraine based on attracting foreign capital are grounded. Structure and dynamics of foreign direct investment in Ukraine as well as the role of foreign capital in the banking system of Ukraine were analyzed; role of stock mechanisms to attract foreign capital was estimated. The result of the thesis was the recommendations for improvement of mechanisms of strategic development of the financial market on the basis of attracting foreign capital and for modernization of the institutional infrastructure to attract foreign capital in the stock market, as well as for adaptation of international standards of regulation of foreign banking groups in Ukraine.
