Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of cellular, humoral immunity, neutrophilous in 38 patients with diffuse toxic goiter and 48 patients with chronic autoimmune thyroiditis. As the result the decrease of CD3-CD16+, CD3+CD25+, CD3+HLA-DR+-cells, increased levels of IgG and CIC in these patients were found. Besides, the patients with diffuse toxic goiter had increase in CD3-CD19+ B-lymphocytes and serum immunoglobulins of all the classes.
