Essay

Dissertation is devoted to solving the scientific task of disclosure the features of applying expert and analytical methods of environmental audit for a comprehensive assessment of industrial tailings management facilities impact on the environment and the formation of the complex of environmental measures to create the prerequisites to improve their environmental safety. A method for comprehensive assessment of the industrial tailings management facilities impact on the state of environment with a hierarchical system of criteria, factors and features for these objects is developed which is different from the existing ones with the components of anthropogenic impact and state of the abiotic environment, certainty of the environmental aspects of activities, compliance with the safety and reliability of the data.
