The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the efficiency of physical rehabilitation of patients with lumbar spine dorsopathy on stage stationary and outpatient treatment by improving the methods of physical therapy based on clinical, morphological and functional data. Are performed a retrospective analysis of 371 case histories of patients with spinal dorsopathy, conducted a comparative evaluation of early and late results of treatment dorsopathy lumbar spine between groups using the proposed method and the standard method of exercise. The work scientifically grounded impact flexion, traction and rotational exercises based on feedback miotonic reflex the degree of muscular-tonic syndrome. The necessity of taking into account the characteristics of compression factor to determine the direction of traction during physical exercise and massage. Advanced data on the impact dorsopathy lumbar spine on indicators of emotional status and quality of life of patients and their dynamics in the process of physical rehabilitation. Developed and introduced in public health practice physical algorithm of the lumbar spine dorsopathy rehabilitation at the stages of stationary and outpatient care through the introduction of functional classes of disease severity, functional rehabilitation periods and use of static and dynamic, passive and active exercise, decompression flexes regulations and exercises, traction massage based neuromuscular reflex response that helped to improve treatment efficiency, shorten disability, increase the period of remission and prevention of complications.
