The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the efficiency of physical rehabilitation of patients with lumbar spine dorsopathy on stage stationary and outpatient treatment by improving the methods of physical therapy based on clinical, morphological and functional data. Are performed a retrospective analysis of 371 case histories of patients with spinal dorsopathy, conducted a comparative evaluation of early and late results of treatment dorsopathy lumbar spine between groups using the proposed method and the standard method of exercise. The work scientifically grounded impact flexion, traction and rotational exercises based on feedback miotonic reflex the degree of muscular-tonic syndrome.
