Kaniuka Y. Optimization means of physical rehabilitation of patients with traumas of distal parts upper extremities

The work is devoted to the problem of improving the efficiency of physical rehabilitation of patients with traumas distal parts upper limbs by improving methods of physical therapy in the postoperative period. The work scientifically substantiated positive effects of circular combined training load to restore function distal upper extremity with bone, tendon and polistructure injuries. For the first time on the basis of morphological changes in the operated tendons distal upper extremity criteria set start and early functional loading dosage in the postoperative period. First level of pain was used as a quantitative marker for dispensing therapeutic effects of physical activity. Supplemented data features take into account the zone and type of damage to the hand to determine the direction and volume of active and passive movements while performing therapeutic exercise. Advanced data type hemodynamic disorders in the distal upper limb in patients with consequences of bone, tendon and polistructure damages and the nature of microcirculatory changes after application of renewable means.
