Essay

The thesis is a systemic study of the hybrid political regime phenomenon. The thesis provides the analysis of the main periods of creation of the methodological principles of study of this kind of political regime. Existing approaches to interpret the essence of hybrid political regimes have been integrated into one coherent methodology that allowed conceptualizing of its definition. The author examines its content, prerequisites of its emergence and features of its functioning under democratization conditions of the third wave.
