Shmarin I. Contempt to the court: the problems of criminalization

Social and legal conditionality criminalization of contempt to the court is studied. In particular, it carried out an analysis of the genesis of responsibility for contempt to the court and foreign experience of criminal law to counter the above actions, the description is given and are developed social and legal grounds and principles of the criminalization of contempt to the court. The criteria distinguishing criminal and administrative liability for contempt of the court, as well as the normative model of the sanctions for contempt to the court as a crime against justice in Ukraine are offered.
