Sokolovskiy V. Public safety as the object of crime

The thesis is a comprehensive and systematic work, which is devoted to development of public safety as the object of crime. This work reveals theoretical and methodological basis of the study, describes historical and international experience in public safety as the object of the crime. The system of criminal-legal characteristic of the object, item and the victim of crimes against public safety is indicated. The characteristic of structural elements of public relations that are the subject of crimes against public safety (participants, social communication and item) is conducted. The conclusions are made and the proposals aimed to improving of criminal-legal protection of public safety in normative and theoretical levels are formulated.
