Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to the research of civil law regulation of the domestic hot water supply in accordance with normative legal acts of the current legislation of Ukraine, enforcement practices and doctrines of law. The attention is made to the importance of ascertainment of the legal nature of the treaty. Herewith, there proposed to carry the domestic hot water supply treaty to the complex of agreements that combine features of the contract of sale (including energy and other resources supply through the attached network contract) and an agreement of providing services.
