Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex research of the agents and the principals both in internal and in external relations. The gap in the regulation of law regarding legal relationship between the agent and the principal in the law of agency has been revealed and investigated on basis of historical background analysis concerning legal relationship, findings of scientists, and domestic legislation which are the premise of the court practice with regard to this issue. A number of proposals is formed for the improvement of current legislation which regulates the law of agency.
