The thesis is devoted to the improvement of existing and development of new models of organization of a resource and calendar software for projects and reconstruction in terms of intensifying environmental protection measures and uncertainty major organizational and management parameters. Formed factorial base as parametric theoretical basis for further development and improvement of organizational and technological resource support system of construction projects; formalized the procedure of ranking and evaluation of projects decisions and relations between them; created the procedure of identifying a possible states set and finding the optimal system state; built organizational and technological apparatus of planning, design and implementation of received solutions in resource support system of construction projects in terms of greening construction; created information software complex of searching and studying of resource support effective indicators and tested in the practice of construction companies and organizations.
