The thesis is devoted to actual theoretical and practical problems of the right appeal in a civil proceeding Ukraine. The stages of formation and development appeal. Available eligibility appeal, reveals the essence of any appeal, describing its features. The concept of the mechanism of the right appeal, by which should be understood as a complex interacting system of rights, duties and activities of the Court and the actors governed by civil procedural law to check the wrong application of the norms of substantive law or procedural violations.
