Bondar M. Constitutional Referendum: Theory and Practice

The thesis is a study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the constitutional referendums in Ukraine and in the foreign countries. The author proposes to see the constitutional referendums in the broad and the narrow aspects. The author proposes the definition of the term «constitutional referendum in the broad aspect» and «constitutional referendum in the narrow aspect». After that the author works out the characteristics of the constitutional referendum and researches the existing classification of the referendums. Based on this information, the author proposes more classifications of the constitutional referendums, introducing some new grounds for them.
