Essay

It has been established that legal values – specific socio-legal phenomenon, legal tools and mechanisms. These include, first of all, the fundamental, natural rights of man, fundamental democratic principles of law; special legal tools and legal mechanisms to ensure that the value of the rights, warranty rights institutions, expressing optimal ratio of regulatory and individual control, attention is focused on the hierarchical nature of the legal values, the system which is based on the respective interests of the system, has as its basis the system of human needs. It described the relationship of legal values, needs and interests.
