Vestibular dysfunctions (VD) peculiarities of development and clinical manifestations aroused due to cervical spine degenerative changes in patients with cerebral angiodystonia of brain chronic ischemia were evaluated on the background of 108 patients complex examination. VD clinico-pathogenetic mechanisms were specified. The experimental model was developed through the vertebral arteries occlusion as well as animals' with VD behavioural, locomotor, neurologic and emotional disturbances were investigated. The original scheme of VD treatment was tested and its efficacy was proved. Both VD and stato-locomotor activity diagnostic algorithm was performed out. Ataxographic data were compared with their autonomous maintenance, certain regularities of VD development and progression were evaluated in dependence of vegetative features. The main objective indicators were identified indicating the compensatory mechanisms exhaustion that can be useful for the patients with VD-induced disturbances of adaptation forecast and treatment tactic correction.
