Grounded and methodical bases for foreign students to laying the foundations of culture singers primary school children on the basis of humanistic, multicultural, information, system, person-centered, competency approaches. Developed and tested every stage of preparation of future teachers of music for singers laying the foundations of the culture of primary school consisting of four stages: motivational incentive, cognitive-substantive, analytical and technological, creative and reflective.
