The study included 72 patients with nonhealing wounds (NW). The main group consisted of 36 patients, we used low-dose method of vacuum therapy. The comparison group consisted of 36 patients, we used a method of treatment of the wound under a bandage with the use of ointments with antibiotics and antiseptics. Patients in the comparison group, using traditional methods of treatment NW. Patients with NW of soft tissue complete cleansing wounds from fibrinous plaque was noted on 7-8 day of VT application in the treatment. At the same time the wounds were actively granulated, there were sites of marginal epithelialization. Immunohistochemical studies of tissues of the wound with the determination of the expression of the proliferation marker, antigen Ki 67 found that exposure action of to low-dosed vacuum on the wound leads to increase proliferative activity of the NW to 74.59% compared to traditional methods of treatment. At planimetric studies of wounds the main group patients in 10-12 days after treatment had statistically significant decrease in the area of the wound surface to 6.91±1.04 percent. The use of vacuum therapy in the treatment of patients with NW possible to reduce the process of cleansing wounds; in the shortest time to arrest the inflammatory phenomena; to intensify reparative processes in the wound.
