Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development of a new method of reconstruction of the gastrointestinal tract after subtotal gastrectomy and proximal gastrectomy by modifying the single row of the gastrointestinal and esophageal-intestinal anastomosis. The work contains the results of a survey of 150 patients with gastric cancer who subtotal gastrectomy or proximal gastrectomy was performed. The study group (77 patients) included patients who anastomosis performed by the proposed method. The control group (73 patients) included patients with a standard method of formation of the anastomosis. As a result of a comprehensive survey found that the formation of the anastomosis by the proposed method reduces the number of postoperative complications and mortality, and improves functional outcomes of treatment and trofologichny status of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, reduces the hospital stay to 2,5 ± 0,5 bed -day. An integrated approach used in this study allowed the research to justify the use of a new version of the reconstruction of the gastrointestinal tract after subtotal gastrectomy and proximal gastrectomy.
