The work is devoted to solution of the problem of prevention of thromboembolic complications after laparoscopic surgery. Retrospectively analyzed the results of examination and treatment of 3582 patients and prospectively in 200 patients avccam Jan disease. A modified Caprini scale. Reasonable optimization of surgical tactics and appropriate, adequate infusion of correction. The proposed method of prevention of thromboembolic complications, which is in sync pneumoperitoneum and external compression of the lower extremities. Branch - medicine.
