The thesis is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of treatment and improving the quality of life in women of reproductive age with uterine leiomyoma and obesity. For the first time carried out a comprehensive clinical and medico-social study of parameters of quality of life in 130 patients with uterine leiomyoma, the assessment of emotional status, peculiarities of clinical course, changes in the lipid and hormonal levels at different stages of treatment and confirmed the importance of dismetabolic status in the development of "grebeschikova syndrome".
