The thesis is a comprehensive study of the institution of compensation for moral damages in tort liabilities. The thesis is devoted to topical theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of compensation for moral damages in tort liabilities. The results of the study determined the status of the scientific developments of the question of moral damages in tort liabilities, outlined the methodological framework of the study traces the evolution of legal regulation of compensation for moral damages in tort liabilities. Formulated the concept of moral damages in tort liabilities, the conditions of the entitlement to moral damages in tort liabilities, the main approaches to the definition of compensation for moral damage and its compensation.
