Essay

The thesis is devoted to scientific and theoretical basis and development of methodical and practical recommendations connected with management of personnel adaptation to strategic changes in the process of enterprise’s activity in construction industry. Theoretical basis for management of personnel adaptation to strategic changes as a part of general management process of personnel was given and the essence of notions «adaptability of personnel to strategic changes» and «management of personnel adaptation to strategic changes» was defined. The basic components of personnel adaptation process to strategic changes that allow to improve the instrument of the management of this process were determined. The choice of indexes was based and the approach to evaluation of efficiency of personnel adaptability management to strategic changes was offered. Methodical approach to evaluation of personnel adaptability level to strategic changes was developed and tested on enterprises of construction industry of Dnipropetrovsk region. Logical and conceptual model of personnel adaptability management to strategic changes was offered. The model allows to make the conclusion about the general degree of employees’ compliance to the complexity level of the strategic transformations programme (based on determination of deviation of personnel adaptability management level from the present one) and define the range and priority of managerial actions. On the basis of quantification of the deviation rate, proposals of organizational culture and organizational structure transformation of domestic enterprises of construction industry are given as well as methodical approach to the formation of constructive behaviour of personnel while carrying out strategic changes is developed.
