Shwan M. Development of technological methods of energochemical processing of fuel for the rational use

The results of theoretical and experimental studies in sphere of obtaining coke using concentrates of low-metamorphosed low-caking "DH" rank coal are being defended. There has been investigated the composition of aromatic and aliphatic fractions of coal extracts, thus found that deep coal benefication leads to improve properties of low-metamorphosed low-caking coal. The nature of beneficated coal effect on physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties of coke is established and described. There have been developed recommendations on the use of low-caking coal extracts in the coal charge in order to form the optimal properties of coke, the results of which were used to conduct laboratory tests at JS "EVRAZ Dneprodzerzhinsk Coke and Chemical Plant." There have been developed technological parameters of the technological mode which allow the use of low-metamorphosed low-caking "DH" rank coal in the production of coke.
