Essay

The dissertation deals with the study of psychological conditions, factors and peculiarities of the development of a creative potential of a future teacher of a foreign language. The author of the research developed a structure of a creative potential of a future teacher of a foreign language. It was shown that a creative potential consists of certain components (motivational, intellectual, volitional and social-communicative), which in turn contains the individual subcomponents. To the structure of social-communicative component the author of the research assigned a social creativity, its components were specified. Taking into consideration the results of theoretical analysis of scientific literature the program of facilitating of a creative potential of future teachers of foreign languages was proposed. This program consists of three phases: a preparatory one; a semantic phase; a control one. In the forming experiment the author's psychological training "The development of a creative potential of a future teacher of a foreign language" was successfully approved. Taking into consideration the results of the forming experiment psychological conditions of the development of a creative potential of a future teacher of a foreign language were formulated: the development of creative motivation and creative orientation of a future teacher of a foreign language; the development of students' ability to adapt to the changing conditions of the society, to the environment, unfamiliar staff; high levels of behavioral regulation, nervous and mental stability, emotional lability and comfort of nervous system; high level of self-knowledge and understanding of others; availability of personal values and ideals; high level of intuition, empathy; wish to participate in creative activities; psychological readiness for its reconstruction, the willingness to create something original, new, creative thinking; adequate level of intelligence, the development of creative possibilities and volitional properties; developing the ability to self-actualization, social creativity, communicative competence.
