Object - process of development of organizational-economic bases of management of dynamic processes in nature protection activity; the purpose - theoretical substantiation and development of methodological and practical approaches to the formation of organizational and economic bases for the management of dynamic processes in environmental activities; methods - logical and qualitative analysis and synthesis; system-structural analysis; comparative analysis; theory of management of economic systems and theory of environmental management; theory of systems of multiply connected control, theory of automatic regulation and control; results - an important scientific and national economic task to increase the dynamic sustainability of environmental performance results is solved on the basis of an integrated system of measures aimed at preserving and restoring the natural resource potential; introduced - in the educational process of the Odessa State Ecological University (the act of introduction № 14 from 7.10.2016). The developed approaches to the analysis of the sustainability of environmental performance of enterprises, the improvement of the information support system, proposals for optimal management decisions were introduced into the practical activities of industrial enterprises: OOO Odesprodcomplex (the act of introduction № 47-02 / 04 from 12.04.2016), PJSC "Odessa Port Plant" (the act of introduction № 63 from 5.9.2016), DRPVI "Ukrujgiprovodkhoz" (reference №. 024/41-OD / KZ from 23.02.2017); branch - Economics of nature recourses and environment protection.
