Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving treatment outcomes of patients with cholelithiasis combined with other surgical diseases through the development of surgical treatment based on the performance of simultaneous operations, forecasting and prevention of postoperative complications. Also analyzed, compared and shown differences of indicators of respiratory, central hemodynamics, tissue respiration and condition of hemostasis in the postoperative period at implementation of SB laparoscopic and open techniques in patients with cholelithiasis. The interrelation between indicators of body providing homeostasis in patients with cholelithiasis in carrying simultaneous operations. Using multivariate analysis of variance defined and proven complex influence factors were studied, the development of infectious and thrombotic complications of simultaneous operations in patients with cholelithiasis. Based on multivariate analysis developed original system of forecasting of infectious and thrombotic complications in patients with cholelithiasis, including the method of quantitative calculation of the aforementioned complications defined three-stage gradation of risk and their prevention based on risk optimization diagnostics that predict the likelihood of complications during the preoperative period and in operated patients.
