Essay

Subject of inquiry is the process operation of thermal insulation of structural joint "balcony slab - floor slab". Thesis objective is the scientific substantiation and design of organizational and technological solutions for the installation of additional thermal insulation, optimized by reducing labor intensty and costs, improving quality and maintainability of residential buildings. Research methods: experimental laboratory studies of designed technological solutions; time-checking research; mathematical modeling; analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results: organizational and technological solutions of the thermal bridges additional insulation were designed; these solutions allowed to reduce heat loss through thermally non-uniform sections of the enclosing structures; labor expenditures for workers and mechanisms per unit were specified for the process of additional thermal insulation of balconies of residential buildings; these results can be used to develop manufacturing plan for additional thermal insulation of balcony slabs. Novelty of the research: for the first time the notion of "аdditional thermal insulation" is defined - the technology of the arrangement of reinforced thermal insulation elements in the zone of heat-conducting inclusions, which, in contrast to the known technology of thermal insulation of the main field of the enclosing structure, guarantees the reduction of heat loss through thermal inhomogeneities; regression equations were first obtained for predicting the cost, labor expenditure and duration of the additional thermal insulation of balconies; the technology of the thermal insulation of balconies has been improved, which allowed to improve engineering-and-economical performance of works due to the installation of reinforced thermal insulation elements in the zone of thermal bridges. Implementation extent: results are implemented in the practice of construction by enterprises "GC RVM" and "AURUM" with an economic effect of 125 550 UAH. Range of application: construction and assembly works on thermal insulation of thermal bridges of residential buildings.
