Object: public administration in the area of reproductive health. Objective: To study the theoretical foundations of public administration in the field of reproductive health in the context of human rights. Methods: The general scientific and special methods: systematic approach, the method of structural-functional analysis, dialectical, historical, terminological approach others. Results demonstrated that a comprehensive legal system approach to formulation and implementation of public administration in the field of reproductive health on human rights causes reproductive rights and reproductive justice as organic constituents management paradigm in this area.
