The thesis is dedicated to the research of the theoretical and legal principles of the national legal ideology formation under conditions of globalization. The historiography of the legal ideology researches is examined and the major trends in the modern juridical science are systematized. The concept, structure and functions of the legal ideology, the directions of globalization and globalism influence on the national legal ideology are defined. The typology of the national legal ideologies is made; the peculiar features of their relations are characterized.
